The Clan Grant Society Magazine 

"Standfast"

The magazine ˜Standfast" is named after the Motto of the Grant Clan and is issued 2 times a year to the Members of the Clan Grant Society.

Each edition includes articles on the historic aspects of the Clan, membership news, profiles on current Members, articles on Grant notables from the past, genealogical information and research requests, favourite recipes from Members, news, reports on the main gatherings and events, and details of Clan-specific items and gifts for sale.

The Current editon is #37, issued in December 2010.

The contents include:

1. Brief messages from The Chief, The Chairman, The Treasurer, The Editor, teh tent Organiser and the Membership Secretary including Membership News

2. A record and celebration of the wonderful International Gathering held in August 2010

3. some more background information about the Cherokees and the Clan Grant connection
